That’s why we’re so thrilled to introduce you to our Chief Wellbeing Officer, Dr Rangan Chatterjee. Dr Chatterjee is a GP with 20 years of experience, whom you might recognise from the BBC show Doctor in the House. He’s also the author of the best-selling book, The 4-Pillar Plan, which lays out his plan to reduce lifestyle illness by encouraging people to find a balance between relaxing, eating well, moving and sleeping. He is also releasing another book, The Stress Solution, in January 2019.
“Balance between the four pillars is critical for our wellbeing, and yulife get that” Dr Chatterjee explains, “this is what I call a 360-degree approach, and that’s really, really important: to make not only short-term behaviour change, but long-term behaviour change as well”
