The role:

The Customer Marketing Campaign Manager will be a part of the Demand Generation team and will help to accelerate revenue growth, drive higher customer retention and loyalty, and exponentially increase the adoption of YuLife’s products and services and revenue growth.Become an expert on and deliver an end-to-end growth path to help maximise ROI for customers and LTV of customer, as aligned with cross-functional teams (Product, Customer Success, Sales, Partnerships) and YuLife’s revenue goals.

    What you’ll do:

      • Align with the Customer Success organisation to support initiatives to grow and expand existing accounts through adoption, cross-sell and upsell opportunities
      • Own customer success funnel metrics including customer success qualified leads (CSQLs), ROI from advocacy programmes to churn metrics
      • Create new or develop existing campaigns to grow, educate and retain customers, transforming them into YuLife advocates
      • Work with data and revenue operations teams to craft renewal propensity scoring and modelling to trigger CMQLs (Customer Marketing Qualified Leads)
      • Set KPIs and track key metrics and targets for customer engagement, health, renewals, growth and reference-ability, including customer influenced revenue via referral
      • Track and deliver campaign results through e.g. conversion metrics, influenced revenue, NPS, adoption metrics, LTV, etc., as aligned to YuLife’s goals
      • Partner with cross-functional teams to promote customer content in community/user groups
      • Maintain and improve customer health, retention and growth by optimising and automating key communications in the customer lifecycle, including Onboarding, Usage, Adoption, Growth and Retention


      What are we looking for ?

      • Minimum of 4 years marketing experience ideally B2B
      • Customer marketing expertise with experience managing the entire customer cycle from prospect to customer
      • Strong digital skills
      • Strong campaign management - including inception and design of campaign
