The Role

A YuLife PPC Specialist is responsible for devising world class SEM (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) strategies to reach our target audience in a cost effective way.

We are looking for a confident, commercially minded and excellent communicator who is a true paid acquisition specialist across all channels e.g. Google, Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram. 

Day to day responsibilities are split between Sales and Marketing and include:

  • Owning & developing the channel, creating and managing PPC and SEO strategies and daily optimisations and testing to maximise commercial performance

  • Launching and managing campaigns in house or with some agency support, partnering across the marketing & sales team to ensure campaigns are aligned and to share learnings across the channels

  • Work closely with campaign managers to create nurture campaigns for top of the funnel leads

  • Partner with marketing analyst to get deep reporting into success of paid acquisition campaigns on pipeline and revenue

  • Managing budgets, cost per acquisition and customer lifetime value to ensure we are cost effectively

  • Analyse marketing growth channels e.g. paid search, SEO, paid social and work with campaigns managers to benchmark relevant trends across business performance to inform future sales campaigns. 

The ideal candidate:

  • Is a team player, who can give guidance to the team without alienating.

  • Demonstrates problem solving skills and attention to detail

  • Has good business sense, knows what is commercially viable.

  • Familiarity with building dashboards comfortable and able to utilise GA to create reports, dashboards, analysis of performance

  • 2+ years of specialist PPC experience (google adwords, LinkedIn, Facebook) and budget management experience, gained from a B2B business

  • Familiar with a CRM system e.g Hubspot

  • Familiar with Conversion Rate Optimisation techniques to enhance

    performance and tools such as Hotjar, Instapage or Unbounce

  • Experience with analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager etc)

  • Familiarity and understanding of key metrics such as CPC, CPL, MQL, SQL, CPMQL, CPA, Customer LTV, LTV:CAC, ROAS
