In their walk, Hope recounts her own experience with mental illness and shares the lessons she has learned since releasing her book, Stand Tall Little Girl.

She goes on to tell Sammy the shocking reason that the particular walk they're on his important to her and the two reflect on truly life-changing moments - and how these can lead to new wellbeing journeys.
