From sunrise breathwork to sunset sound baths, the Wellnergy Festival 2025 was a living, breathing example of what happens when health becomes something joyful, accessible, and shared. YuLife was proud to be right in the middle of it all, not only as headline sponsors but as active participants, speakers, and wellbeing champions."We wanted an opportunity to bring people together and create connections, both within our own team and with our wider community of customers and partners," says Sam Fromson, YuLife's COO. "Wellnergy just seemed like a really amazing framework within which to do that."Bringing wellbeing to lifeAcross the sun-soaked weekend in Wimbledon Park, London, thousands of attendees explored a vibrant mix of experiences across eight immersive zones. The festival offered everything from HIIT and yoga sessions to mental fitness talks, nutrition workshops, sound healing, neurodiversity panels, and live music. It was an energising, colourful expression of what holistic health can look like.YuLife’s exclusive zone, The Yuniverse, created space for HR leaders and business decision-makers to explore how to build workplace wellbeing strategies that stick. Over both days, our team hosted drop-in sessions and took part in some of the festival’s liveliest conversations on the future of work and wellbeing. On the Main Stage, Sam delivered a keynote titled "The Four Fundamentals to Build a Meaningful Life at Work". His talk sat alongside a bold lineup including, among others, author and rapper Big Narstie, former professional rugby player Stevie Ward, podcaster and performance coach Shivani Pau, TV presenter and restaurateur Tonia Buxton, and neuroscientist and bestselling author TJ Power, each bringing their own take on how to thrive in life and work.Wellbeing that feels goodIf there was one thing that set the tone for the weekend, it was joy. From feel-good music to impromptu dance circles and the vibrant mix of speakers printed proudly on the festival T-shirts, Wellnergy was a reminder that health doesn’t have to be hard work."Wellbeing doesn't have to be about crazy workout regimes or running marathons," Sam says. "It's about simple, joyful experiences, and Wellnergy reflects that."YuLife’s philosophy was front and centre throughout: that wellbeing should be proactive, personalised, and playful. And with over 250,000 wellbeing challenges completed by YuLife users this year already—from mindfulness streaks to daily step goals—we know that small changes can add up to something big.Key takeaways from Wellnergy 20251. Our team took part in yoga, hosted community sessions, reconnected over smoothies, and shared stories with customers and partners who’ve been on the journey with us. The festival also gave us a chance to thank the HR leaders who continue to prioritise preventative health and long-term wellbeing in their workplaces."Hopefully, attendees took away a feeling that YuLife is here to bring that joy and energy into the world," Sam says.
